Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unser Highlight war die Villa, die sehr gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch toll, hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Im Hotel sind auch viele Familien untergebracht, die teilweise auch auch den Adults Pool nutzten, wodurch es dort zeitweise recht laut war.

this villa is excellent. Everything is clean. They really helpful there to accommodate you and your family. They have so many cool things for the kids to play and enjoy, close to the beach, the food in the buffet and the restaurant was awesome. We will be back again and again, in fact the whole family really enjoyed this location, the family favourite place of all our travels in the last year. Good job.

飯店位置方便周圍環境安靜，飯店內設施很完善。 但是房間內的衛生有問題。浴室發現蟑螂的屍體，有反應給櫃檯工作人員但也只有回覆我說是否要協助清理。飯店工作人員對於這樣的處理必須再加強訓練。

Villa war gross, sauber. Frühstücken ist in Ordnung, könnte aber mehr Auswahl haben. Spa war auch gut und günstig. Leider kann man nicht schwimmen da noch kalt war und Schwimingpool ist nicht warm. Unser Villa hat kein privat Pool. Ab 6 Schlafzimmer hat man privat Pool. Schade. Service ist gut. Empfehlenswert.

Overall excellent services from the staff. The dinner was delicious, the breakfast was standard. Only bad thing is the location, which is far from shops and restaurants. The whole is nice, clean and big enough for families. However, the air conditioning is not good enough, it's still warm in the living room, even we set it to low temperature.

垃圾酒店，住了一週， 被坑了好幾次，説好的優惠也沒有，服務員幫忙找個翻譯還加錢，滿大街都是騙子，不建議來遊玩，環境臟亂差，飲食不衞生，人員都是騙子！ 酒店打的出租車居然加了三倍錢

酒店是五星酒店，房間沒話說是非常不錯也很大，早餐也很好吃，但是不知道為什麼小瓶水的提供有限制，需要收費一瓶一元美金⋯真的有貴！但我們入住隔天早上沒有讓酒店打掃房間，需要補些水給我們，後來告訴服務人員，我們是八個人入住一棟房，溝通後只願意免費提供4瓶小瓶礦泉水⋯不理解⋯可能下龍灣的水很珍貴吧！但以五星飯店來說沒有打掃房間又不給礦泉水的部分讓人不太舒服，而且剛遇過颱風後的飯店，環境有非常多地方損壞。

We loved this hotel and it was right across the road from the beach. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of tasty food, amazing swimming pools and on my birthday they brought me a nice cake. They also decorated my room with happy birthday free of charge. Lovely place
